(31) Tighten two unloader cover bolts to 100 to 150 in.
Ibs. (12 to 17 Nm) after torquing head bolts.
(32) Use new gasket (6).
(33) Attach assembled air cleaner (5) to head with
attaching bolts.
(34) Torque bolts to 110-150 in. Ibs. (13-17 Nm).
(35) Use a new governor gasket (3).
(36) Attach governor (2) to head with two bolts (1).
(37) Torque bolts to 110 to 150 in. Ibs. (13 to 17 Nm).
NOTE
Torque crankshaft coupling nut to
115 to 125 ft. Ib. (156 to 170 Nm).
d. Follow-on Maintenance
(1) Install air compressor (see para 5-17).
