(2) Start main engine to adjust and test governor. During this test check for oil and air leakage,
overheating and excessive noise. Close quick opening valve and check build-up time from 0 to 100
PSI in air tank.
(3) Build-up time must not exceed 24 seconds per 1000 cu. in. of tank volume.
