NOTE
If using corrosion inhibitor, add it to radiator first, then add coolant.

Fill radiator (2) with approximately 17.25 qt. (16.3 l) of coolant, up to the maximum marking or fill-up limit.
6.
Tighten engine oil cooler duct screw (6) to 13 lb-ft (18 Nm).
7.
Install preformed packing (10) and vent plug (9) on radiator (2), and tighten vent plug (9) to 30 lb-ft (40 Nm).

Tighten drain plug (3) on radiator (2).

Install radiator cap (1) on radiator (2).
