Install cooling system pressure tester (3) on radiator (2).
4.
Use cooling system pressure tester (3) to pressurize cooling system to 21.75 psi (150 kPa).
5.
Allow cooling system to stabilize for two minutes, then verify pressure reading on the cooling system pressure
tester gauge (4) is between 21.5 psi (148 kPa) and 21.75 psi (150 kPa).
NOTE
If a drop in pressure is noted, check cooling system for leaks.
6.
Observe cooling system for water leaks and loss of pressure on cooling system pressure tester gauge (4).
7.
Release pressure from cooling system pressure tester (3).
8.
Slowly remove cooling system pressure tester (3) from radiator (2).
9.
Check coolant level, fill as required (WP 0186).
10. Install cap (1) on radiator (2).
