Allow engine to completely cool before handling any cooling system component or
hose. Failure to comply can result in serious injury to personnel.
1.
Loosen clamp (1) and remove hose (2) from turbocharger (3). Position hose (2) out of the way.
2.
Remove 14 screws (4), washers (5), and air duct (6) from radiator (7).
