Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful
vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing. To avoid injury or death, keep away
from open fire and use in well-ventilated area. If adhesive, solvent, or sealing
compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water.
NOTE
Apply thread locking adhesive to screws before installing housing on engine.
1.
Install gasket (8) and coolant pump (4) on engine (9) with six screws (7).
2.
Install bracket (6) on coolant pump (4) with screw (5).
3.
Install two pulleys (3) and (2) on coolant pump (4) with three screws (1). Tighten screws to 15 lb-ft (21 Nm).
4.
Apply sealant to three screws (1) to mark torque point.

1.
Install water pump engine thermostat (WP 0249)
2.
Install water pump engine coolant/fuel pump belts (WP 0473)
3.
Install water pump engine alternator belt (WP 0224)
4.
Install water pump engine heat exchanger (WP 0240)
