Remove five screws (14) and washers (15) from radiator (7) and two brackets (16).

Remove four screws (17) and radiator (7) from coolant tank/fan assembly (18) and vehicle.
8.
Remove two preformed packings (19) from radiator outlets (20). Discard preformed packings.

Radiator weighs 121 lb. (55 kg). Attach suitable lifting device when removing
radiator. Failure to comply may result in serious injury or death to personnel.
1.
Install two preformed packings (19) in radiator outlets (20).
2.
Using suitable lifting device, position radiator (7) on vehicle.
3.
Install radiator (7) on coolant tank/fan assembly (18) with four screws (17).
4.
Install radiator (7) on two brackets (16) with five screws (14) and washers (15).
5.
Remove suitable lifting device from radiator (7).
