Remove bearing retainer (3) from pump (4).

Remove hub (5), gasket (6), and seal ring (7).

Remove gasket (6) and seal ring (7) from hub (5).
Discard gasket and seal ring.

Remove outer race (8) and bearing (9).

Remove inner race (10).

Cleaning and Inspection.
WARNING
Dry cleaning solvent P-D-680 is potentially
dangerous.
Avoid repeated and prolonged
breathing of vapors and skin contact with the
liquid. Do not use near open flame, arcing
equipment or other ignition sources. Always
wear eye protection and protective clothing.
The flash point of P-D-680 is 100 to 138 deg. F
(38 to 59 deg. C).

Clean all metal parts with dry cleaning solvent(item 3,
WARNING
Compressed air used for cleaning purposes will not exceed 30
psi (207 kPa). Use only with effective chip guarding and
personal protective equipment, goggles, shield, and gloves.
(2)
Dry all metal parts, except bearings, with compressed air.
(3)
Install ail parts for damage.
(4)
Replace damaged parts.
(5)
Coat all parts with lubricating oil (Item 10, Appendix E).
