MAIN SHUTOFF CONTROL REMOVAL

NOTE
After opening water tank heater control box door, tag and mark wires prior to removal to
ensure proper installation.
Remove cable ties as required.
1.
Remove two screws (1) and plastic guards (2) from main shutoff control (3).
2.
Loosen two screws (4) and remove wires (5) from main shutoff control (3).
3.
Loosen two screws (6) and remove four wires (7) from main shutoff control (3).
4.
Remove four screws (8) and main shutoff control (3) from mounting plate (9).

MAIN SHUTOFF CONTROL INSTALLATION
NOTE
Install cable ties as required.
1.
Install main shutoff control (3) on mounting plate (9) with four screws (8).
2.
Install four wires (7) on main shutoff control (3) and tighten two screws (6).
3.
Install two wires (5) on main shutoff control (3) and tighten two screws (4).
4.
Install two plastic guards (2) on main shutoff control (3) with two screws (1).
