Step 1.
Start water pump engine (WP 0022). Operate pump operator's panel pressure
governor (WP 0024). Check if water pump engine RPM oscillates when pump
operator's panel pressure governor is operated in RPM mode.
If water pump engine does not oscillate when pump operator's panel
pressure governor is operated in RPM mode, go to Step 5.
