(27) Coat outer seal ring (32) with lubricating oil and install outer seal ring in groove (33) on oil pump (28).
(28) Turn torque converter housing (3) on side.
(29) Align screw holes in oil pump (28) with holes in torque converter housing (3).
(30) Install oil pump (28) while another person holds torque converter housing (3).
(31) Install six screws (34) through front support (5) while other person holds oil pump (28).
(32) Torque six screws (34) to 35 to 45 lb-ft (47 to 61 Nm).
