Removal.
WARNING
Debris may fall from underside of vehicle while performing removal and
installation procedures; wear suitable eye protection.
WARNING
Don't remove more than one cab rnounting bracket at a time; replace ft before
removing another bracket. The cab mounts position the cab above the frame
and are the only support it has.
(1)
To remove front left bracket (1), remove nut (2), two lord washers (3) and bolt (4).
(2)
Remove bolt (5) and nuts (6) to remove cab mount (1) and cab mount spacer (7) from frame.
(3)
Remove cab biscuit (8) from bracket (1). Discard biscuit (8).
(4)
To remove front right bracket (9), follow same procedures as for left front bracket (1), steps (1, 2
and 3), except a spacer (7) isn't used.
(5)
To remove side brackets (10), follow same procedures as for left front bracket (1), steps (1, 2 and
3), except side bracket (1) has bolt (4) inserted from underside of bracket and is retained with a
captured nut (11).

To remove rear left and rear right mounting brackets (12 and 13) from frame, remove two bolts
(14) and nuts (15) which attach to frame.
