Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful
vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing. To avoid injury or death, keep away
from open fire and use in well-ventilated area. If adhesive, solvent, or sealing
compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water.
3.
Apply sealing compound to threads of two fittings (20) and (23), elbow (22), drain valve (27), and two nipples
(29) and (33).
4.
Install two nipples (29) and (33) on bulkhead fitting (25).
5.
Install elbow (22) on tee (32).
6.
Install fitting (23) on tee (32).
7.
Install tee (32) on nipple (33).
8.
Install washer (31), lockwasher (30), and jamnut (24) on bulkhead fitting (25). Do not tighten jamnut (24).
9.
Install strainer (28) on nipple (29).
10. Install fitting (20) on strainer (28).
11. Install drain valve (27) on strainer (28).
NOTE
Install bulkhead fitting as noted prior to removal.
12. Install bulkhead fitting (25) on bracket (26) and tighten jamnut (24).
NOTE
Install cable ties as needed.
13. Install hose (12) on vehicle and fitting (23).
14. Install hose (21) on vehicle and elbow (22).
15. Install hose (19) on fitting (20).
