Install four rubber seals (33) on screen (27).
NOTE
Perform Steps (2) and (3) if hinge was removed.
2.
Install hinge (13) on pump panel B (32) with five screws (31).
3.
Install water pump engine air cleaner assembly (30) (WP 0220).

Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful
vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing. To avoid injury or death, keep away
from open fire and use in well-ventilated area. If adhesive, solvent, or sealing
compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water.
4.
Clean seal residue from pump panel A (7) with mineral spirits.
5.
Install seal (29) on pump panel A (7).
6.
Install eight locks (28) and screen (27) on pump panel A (7) with 16 screws (26), washers (25), and
locknuts (24).
NOTE
Install quick release fasteners as noted prior to removal.
7.
Install three quick release fasteners (23) on pump panel A (7) with three retainers (22), washers (21), and
screws (20).
8.
Install two brackets (15) on pump panel A (7) with four screws (19), washers (18), washers (17), and
locknuts (16).
9.
Install support rod (8) on bracket (15) with locknut (14).
10. With the aid of an assistant, install pump panel A (7) on hinge (13) with five screws (12), washers (11), and
locknuts (10).
11. Install support rod (8) in bracket (9).
12. Install wire (6) on pump panel A (7) with two cushion clips (3), screws (5), washers (4), and locknuts (2).
13. Install pump house ventilation fan (1) (WP 0416).
