PUMP PANEL D REMOVAL

1.
Remove two screws (1), lockwashers (2), washers (3), and clips (4) from pump panel D (5). Discard
lockwashers.
2.
Remove two caps (6) from couplings (7).
3.
Remove two couplings (7) from driver side discharge pipes (8).
4.
Remove eight screws (9), washers (10), two cover plates (11), and gaskets (12) from pump panel D (5).
5.
Remove two screws (13), lockwashers (14), washers (15), and pump panel D (5) from vehicle. Discard
lockwashers.
6.
Remove rubber guard (16) from pump panel D (5).
7.
Remove two decal plates (17) from pump panel D (5) (WP 0518).

PUMP PANEL D INSTALLATION
1.
Install two decal plates (17) on pump panel D (5) (WP 0518).
2.
Install rubber guard (16) on pump panel D (5).
3.
Install pump panel D (5) on vehicle with two washers (15), lockwashers (14), and screws (13).
4.
Install two gaskets (12) and cover plates (11) on pump panel D (5) with eight washers (10) and screws (9).
5.
Install two couplings (7) on driver side discharge pipes (8).
