Install chain (18) on lower step (19) and upper step mounting bracket (14) with two links (17).

Install bracket (4) on upper step mounting bracket (14) with two screws (16) and locknuts (15).

Install upper step mounting bracket (14) on vehicle with four washers (13), lockwashers (12), and screws (11).

NOTE
Lamp will only function if correctly installed on rubber mounting of pigtail. Plastic tabs on
lamp must align with openings on rubber mounting of pigtail. It is possible to force lamp
on rubber mounting of pigtail in opposite position, which will not allow lamp to operate.
Install lamp on rubber mounting of pigtail and light cover as noted prior to removal.
7.
Install rubber mounting of pigtail (9) and wire 1606 (6) on lamp (10) and mounting base (3).
