locknuts.

Remove two links (17) and chain (18) from upper step (14) and lower step (19).

Remove two links (17) from chain (18).

Remove three locknuts (20), six washers (21), three screws (22), and bracket (23) from upper step mounting
bracket (14). Discard locknuts.
