NOTE
Both axe handle brackets are removed the same way.
Remove two screws (1), washers (2), gasket (3), and bracket (4) from compartment (5).

NOTE
Both axle handle brackets are installed the same way.
1.
Apply thread lock adhesive on threads of two screws (1).
2.
Install bracket (4) in compartment (5) with gasket (3), two washers (2), and screws (1).
