All loop brackets are removed the same way. Shovel handle loop brackets shown.
Remove four screws (1), washers (2), and two brackets (3) from compartment (4).

Apply thread lock adhesive on threads of four screws (1).
2.
Install two brackets (3) in compartment (4) with four washers (2) and screws (1).
