Allow engine to completely cool before handling any cooling system component or
hose. Failure to comply can result in serious injury to personnel.
1.
Loosen two screws (1) on fittings (2).
2.
Remove two fittings (2), four preformed packings (3), and sight glass (4) from radiator tank (5). Discard
preformed packings.
