1.
Attach S-hook (34) to cap (31) and wire rope (33).
2.
Attach S-hook (32) to wire rope (33) and tab (29).
3.
Install cap (31) on pipe (12).
4.
Install tab (29) on pipe (12) with screw (30), washer (28), lockwasher (27), and nut (26).

Perform Step (5) if bracket was removed.
5.
Install bracket (24) on frame rail (25) with two screws (23), four washers (22), two lockwashers (21), and
nuts (20).
