WATER PUMP ENGINE PRESSURE GOVERNOR CONTROL PANEL PSI PRESET CONTROL DOES NOT
OPERATE
NOTE
Preset value for the pump operator's panel pressure governor control is set by
manufacturer to 125 psi (862 kPa).
Step 1.
Start water pump engine (WP 0022). Operate pump operator's panel pressure
governor in PSI mode (WP 0024). Press PRESET switch (WP 0004). Check if water
pump pressure increases to preset value.
If water pump pressure does not increase to preset value, go to Step 4.
NOTE
Preset value for the pump operator's panel pressure governor control is set by
manufacturer to 225 psi (1,551 kPa).
Step 2.
Operate personnel cab pressure governor in PSI mode (WP 0024). Press PRESET
switch (WP 0004). Check if water pump pressure increases to preset value.
If water pump pressure increases to preset parameter, fault corrected.
