6-14. CYLINDER HEAD REPAIR - Continued

Testing.
NOTE
The cylinder head must be pressure-tested following cylinder head repair.
(1)
Using injectors previously removed, install four injectors (1) into injector tubes (2).
(2)
Install four gaskets (3).
(3)
Install four covers (4) with eight copper washers (5) and screws (6).
HOLD DOWN SCREWS

Align test fixture on top of bottom face of cylinder head (7) so rubber stoppers cover water inlets
(8).
(5)
Install and tighten six holddown screws until rubber stoppers start to flatten out.
