NOTE
Perform Step (14) only if voltage and frequency reading is incorrect.
14. Adjust hydraulic compensator (WP 0192).
NOTE
Perform Steps (15) through (19) if voltage and frequency reading is unstable.
15. Remove load on hydraulic system and lower engine speed to idle (WP 0021).
16. Loosen hydraulic hose (3) and allow steady flow of hydraulic oil until no bubbles are visible.
17. Tighten hydraulic hose (3) and check for oil leaks.
18. Increase engine speed to operating RPM (WP 0021) and hold without load 10-15 minutes allowing hydraulic
system to remove air and fill hydraulic reservoir (6) (WP 0588).
19. Apply load on hydraulic system (WP 0021) and check generator output.
NOTE
Repeat Steps (14) through (19) as necessary.
20. Remove load on hydraulic system and lower engine speed to idle (WP 0021).
21. Check hydraulic system for oil leaks.
22. Install pipe (6) and couplings (4) and (5) on vehicle (WP 0483).
