INSTALLATION

Hydraulic generator weighs 431 lb. (196 kg). Do not attempt to lift hydraulic
generator without the aid of two assistants and a suitable lifting device. Failure to
comply may result in serious injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Ensure hoses are carefully removed while lifting hydraulic generator. Failure to
comply may result in damage to equipment.
Use extreme care when installing on vehicle. Failure to comply may result in
damage to wiring harness.
NOTE
Install cable ties and cushion clips as required.
1.
Attach suitable lifting device on hydraulic generator (16).
2.
With the aid of two assistants and a suitable lifting device, install hydraulic generator (16) on vehicle.
3.
With the aid of two assistants and a suitable lifting device, install three hoses (17), (21), and (23) on hydraulic
generator (16).
4.
Remove suitable lifting device from hydraulic generator (16).

5.
Install bracket (58) on vehicle and frame (63) with three screws (62), six washers (61), three lockwashers (60),
and nuts (59).
6.
Install hydraulic generator (16) on bracket (58) with two screws (57), four washers (56), two lockwashers (55)
and nuts (54).
