Remove two screws (12) and wires (13) and (14) from equipment (ladder) rack indicator (15).
NOTE
Note position of indicator and switches prior to removal to ensure proper installation.
5.
Remove nut (16), lockwasher (17), and equipment (ladder) rack indicator (15) from control panel (18).
Discard lockwasher.
6.
Remove four locknuts (19), washers (20), screws (21), and control panel (18) from access door (1). Discard
locknuts.
7.
Remove two rubber boots (22) from master switch (4) and lift switch (11).
8.
Remove nut (23) and master switch (4) from control panel (18).
9.
Remove nut (24) and lift switch (11) from control panel (18).
END OF TASK
INSTALLATION
NOTE
Ensure indicators and switches are installed as noted in removal.
1.
Install lift switch (11) on control panel (18) with nut (24).
2.
Install master switch (4) on control panel (18) with nut (23).
3.
Install two rubber boots (22) on lift switch (11) and master switch (4).
4.
Install control panel (18) on access door (1) with four screws (21), washers (20), and locknuts (19).
5.
Install equipment (ladder)rack indicator (15) on control panel (18) with lockwasher (17) and nut (16).
6.
Install two wires (14) and (13) on equipment (ladder) rack indicator (15) with screws (12).
