10. Remove two locknuts (27), screws (28), and washers (29) from bearing (30) and cord reel frame (11). Discard
locknuts.
11. Remove two locknuts (31), screws (32), washers (33), and bearing (34) from cord reel frame (11). Discard
locknuts.
NOTE
Front bearing and backing plate are welded together.
12. Remove bearing (30) and backing plate (5) from axle assembly (35).
13. Remove six locknuts (36), screws (37), spacers (38), chain (24), and sprocket (39) from disc (40). Discard
locknuts.
14. Remove chain (24) from sprocket (39).
15. Remove spacer (41) from axle assembly (35).
16. Remove two locknuts (42) and disc (40) from two screws (43) and axle assembly (35). Discard locknuts.
NOTE
Perform Step (17) if washer needs to be removed.
17. Remove six rivets (44) and washer (45) from disc (40).
