Install hinge (17) on water tank vent/fill cover (18) with four screws (21), eight washers (20), and four
nuts (19).

Install water tank vent/fill cover (18) and hinge (17) on water tank vent/fill flange (6) with three screws (16), six
washers (15), and three locknuts (14).
