Step 19.
Remove cover from cord reel drum (WP 0377). Cut red wire at cord reel drum. Check
for continuity from red wire at cord reel receptacle box to a known good ground.

If there is continuity, replace cord reel cable (WP 0377).
b.
If there is no continuity, repair cord reel (WP 0376).
