With passenger side portable handheld flashlights fully seated in portable handheld
flashlight battery chargers, check if indicators on both passenger side portable
handheld flashlight chargers illuminate.
If indicators on both passenger side portable handheld battery chargers do
not illuminate, go to Step 14.
