Step 12.
Put GROUND SWEEPS switch to OFF position (WP 0004). Turn battery disconnect
switch to OFF position (WP 0004). With a test lead set, check for continuity across wire
2200 (black) from valve control wire harness ground sweeps foam B foam system flow
control manifold connector, terminal 2 to a known good ground.

If there is continuity, replace GROUND SWEEPS FOAM B metering
control valve (WP 0288).
b.
If there is no continuity, repair wire 2200 in valve control wire harness if
repairable (TM 9-2320-325-14&P), or replace valve control wire
harness (WP 0463).
