Step 1.
Check if vehicle service drive lights are on (not in blackout mode) (TM 9-2320-347-10).
If service drive lights are not on, Turn Service Drive Lights
On (TM 9-2320-347-10).
Step 2.
Check if EMERG MASTER switch is in on position (WP 0004).
If switch is not in on position, put EMERG MASTER switch to on
position (WP 0004).
