c.
Assembly.
CAUTION
Apply hydraulic oil (Item 28, Appendix E) to ail threads and to all
seals. Check seals for nicks or cuts before installation.
(1) Install restrictor pipe plug (14).
(2) Install two 900 fittings (13).
(3) Install new seal kit on two pressure compensators (11) and install compensators.
(4) Install new seal kit on three flow control valves (10) and install valves.
(5) Install new seal kit on needle valve (9) and install valve.
(6) Install new seal kit on pressure reducing valve (6) and install valve.
(7) Install swivel adapter (5).
(8) Install new seal kits on three check valves (4) and install valves.
(9) Install four adapters (3) and three adapters (7).
(10) Install six hollow hex plugs (2 and 12) and four hex head plugs (8).
(11) Install new seal kit or solenoid valve (1) and install valve.
d. Follow-on Maintenance.
(1) Install hoist manifold block (see para 5-52).
(2) Connect batteries (see para 4-114).
