Remove three screws (3), washers (4), and cover (5) from junction box (6).
NOTE
Tag and mark wires prior to removal to ensure proper installation.

Remove three screws (7) and wires (8) from terminal block (9).
4.
Remove collar (10) from sleeve (11).
5.
Remove backing washer (12), grommet (13), and three wires (8) from sleeve (11) and junction box (6).
