NOTE
Note position of elbows and fittings prior to removal to ensure proper installation.
1.
Remove two hoses (1) and elbows (2) from air cylinder (3).
2.
Remove two hoses (4), elbow (5), fitting (6), two control valves (7), connector (8), and preformed packing (9)
from pattern sleeve (10). Discard preformed packing.
3.
Remove three screws (11) and turret motor (12) from turret (13).
4.
Remove four screws (14) and turret (13) from mounting plate (15).
5.
Remove four screws (16) from two cylinder pivots (17) and reducer (18).
6.
Remove two cylinder pivots (17) and two preformed packings (19) from air cylinder (3). Discard preformed
packings.
7.
Remove air cylinder (3) from cylinder eye (20).
