16. Remove three locknuts (29), screws (30), and hinge (28) from cover (1). Discard locknuts.

1.
Install hinge (28) on cover (1) with three screws (30) and locknuts (29).
2.
Install hinge (28) on backboard cover (3) with four screws (27).
