Passenger side hose bed cover must be properly supported prior to removing
support chain and rod. Failure to comply may result in serious injury or death to
personnel or damage to equipment.

Remove chain (8) from passenger side hose bed cover (7).

Remove locknut (9), washer (10), and support rod (11) from cross divider (12). Discard locknut.

Remove support rod (11) from rod support (13).
CAUTION
Suitable lifting device must be attached to passenger side hose bed cover prior to
removing mounting hardware. Failure to comply may result in passenger side hose
bed cover twisting, not allowing removal of mounting hardware and causing
damage to passenger side hose bed cover hinge.
9.
Attach suitable lifting device to passenger side hose bed cover (7).
