NOTE
Perform Steps (1) and (2) to remove grab handle from inside front of crew cab.
1.
Remove nut (1), lockwasher (2), two washers (3), and screw (4) from grab handle (5) and crew cab (6).
Discard lockwasher.
2.
Remove three screws (7), lockwashers (8), washers (9), and grab handle (5) from crew cab (6). Discard
