Clean four mounting holes, screws (12), and washers (10) with solvent cleaning compound.

Equipment (ladder) rack weighs 80 lb. (36 kg). Do not lift equipment (ladder) rack
without the aid of an assistant. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to
personnel.
8.
With the aid of an assistant, lift equipment (ladder) rack (3) into mounting position.
9.
With the aid of an assistant, install equipment (ladder) rack (3) on vehicle with four washers (15),
lockwasher (14), and screws (13). Do not tighten screws.

Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful
vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing. To avoid injury or death, keep away
from open fire and use in well-ventilated area. If adhesive, solvent, or sealing
compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water.
10. Apply silicone sealant to four screws (12).
