Note location of washers prior to removal to ensure proper installation.

Remove two screws (11), lockwashers (12), washers (13), and rubber hook latch (14) from pivot block (15).
Discard lockwashers.
7.
Remove locknut (16), four washers (17) and (18), screw (19), and pivot block (15) from bracket (20). Discard
locknut.
8.
Remove two screws (21), lockwashers (22), washers (23), and bracket (20) from vehicle. Discard
lockwashers.

Remove two screws (24), washers (25), and bracket (26) from vehicle.
