NOTE
Perform Step (6) only if replacing door hinge.

Remove two screws (11), washers (12), and access cover (13) from crew cab (4).
NOTE
Perform Steps (7) through (9) only if striker pin or dovetail is damaged.
7.
Remove locknut (14) and striker pin (15) from crew cab (4). Discard locknut.
8.
Remove two screws (16) and dovetail (17) from crew cab (4).
9.
Remove lifting device from crew cab door (7).

INSTALLATION
NOTE
Perform Steps (1) through (3) only if installing new dovetail or striker pin.
1.
Install dovetail (17) on crew cab (4) with two screws (16).
2.
Install striker pin (15) on crew cab (4) with locknut (14).
3.
Install access cover (13) on crew cab (4) with two washers (12) and screws (11).
NOTE
Perform Step (4) only if installing new door hinge.
4.
Install door hinge (9) on crew cab (4) with 12 screws (10).
