REMOVAL

NOTE
Left and right doors are removed the same way. Right door is shown.
1.
Remove two screws (1) and spacer (2) from door strap (3) and crew cab (4).
2.
Remove two screws (5), lockwashers (6), and door strap (3) from crew cab door (7). Discard lockwashers.
3.
Attach suitable lifting device to crew cab door (7).
