Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful
vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing. To avoid injury or death, keep away
from open fire and use in well-ventilated area. If adhesive, solvent, or sealing
compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water.
CAUTION
Use sealing compound sparingly only on pipe threads. Do not apply compound to
hose connections. Damage to equipment may result.
NOTE
Install cable ties as required.
1.
Apply sealing compound to threads of two nipples (13) and (18) and two fittings (3) and (20).
2.
Install two fittings (20) and (3) on tee (19).
3.
Install two nipples (18) and (13) on elbow (12).
4.
Install nipple (18) and elbow (12) on tee (19).
5.
Install adapter (17) on valve (11) with four screws (16).
6.
Install adapter (14) on valve (11) with four screws (15).
7.
Install pipe (8) on adapter (14) (WP 0489).
8.
Install nipple (13) and elbow (12) on adapter (14).
9.
Install electric motor and drive assembly (10) on valve (11) (WP 0388).
10. With the aid of an assistant, install pipe (8) on bracket (9) and vehicle with cradle (7), U-bolt (6), and two
locknuts (5). Do not tighten locknuts.
