INSTALLATION
NOTE
Route wire harness as noted prior to removal.
Install cushion clips, split looms, and cable ties as noted.
1.
Install direct tank fill valve wire harness (7) on vehicle.
2.
Connect manual fill connector (5) to direct tank fill wire harness connector (6).
3.
Connect tank fill connector (3) to main wire harness connector (4).

Connect direct tank fill valve connector (1) to direct tank fill valve wire harness connector (2).

FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE

Install pump house panels S and Q (WP 0540)

Install driver side crew cab access panel (WP 0499)
