INSTALLATION
1.
Install cover (7) and mounting base (14) on vehicle with four screws (13), eight lockwashers (12), and four
nuts (11).
2.
Install two hinges (5) on cover (7) with four screws (10), eight washers (9), and four locknuts (8).
