(8) Install, front (16) and rear (17) extension cylinders on traveling block (1) (see para 5-64 and 5-65).
(9) Install sheaves (18) at front and rear (with tension cables installed) with sheave pins (19),
flatwashers (20A) and retaining rings (20). Install retaining rings (21) and clevis pins (22) and install
cables on dead end lugs (23) at front and rear of base section.
