EQUIPMENT CONDITION
Modulator Valve Removed (see para 6-63.)
Lockup Cutoff Valve Body Removed
(see para 6-64.)
a. Removal.
CAUTION
Be sure forward clutch is secured before turning
transmission. Clutch could fall and be damaged if
not secured.
(1)
Remove two screws (1) and oil baffle
(2).
(2)
Remove screw (3) and manual detent
lever (4).
(3)
Remove 15 screws (5), seven screws
(6), three screws (7), two screws (8),
and two washers (9).
(4)
While holding selector valve (10),
remove control valve body (11) from
transmission housing (12).
