WHEELS, RIMS, TIRES
NOTE: The cotter key should be inserted with the long tang
toward the end of the spindle. Bend long tang of cotter key
over end of spindle. Clip remaining tang leaving just enough
stock to bend down against side of nut. A correctly installed
cotter key should have the appearance as shown in Figure 2.
