Tighten setscrew (4). Test fixture adapter face should be approximately 11/16 in. (1.75 cm) from block
(5).
NOTE
The mechanical adapter (P/N 10555619) illustrated below is for use with the M198
howitzer.

Assemble four screws (6), block (5), and two pins (7) on adapter plate (8).

Place adapter plate (8) on cant position of cross-leveling fixture (1).

Lightly clamp adapter plate (8).
