8. Loosen the pump coupling setscrew (figure 3, item 1), and slide the pump coupling (figure 3, item 2) towards
the AFFF pump (figure 3, item 3).
9. Remove the four bolts (figure 1, item 13), four lockwashers (figure 1, item 14), and four flat washers (figure 1,
item 15) that secure the AFFF pump (figure 1, item 11) to its foundation. Discard the lockwashers.
10. Use an endless sling and chain hoist to lift the AFFF pump (figure 1, item 11) and remove it from its foundation.
